My name is Anna Garceau, and I have provided simple, friendly, timeless photography at Shutter in a Compass for the past eleven years. I love bright punchy colors and images that evoke nostalgia, so my photos have a slightly 70s feeling to them. I also pride myself on my exceptionally fast turnaround time in getting your photos back to you.
Meeting new people and shooting new subjects keeps my pictures fresh, and is part of why photography remains exciting for me. My services include shooting portraits, engagements, boudoir, families, proms, homes, and pets. When I’m not holding a camera, I’m often found listening to a murder mystery audiobook at the beach or by the pool, spoiling my dogs, or in my kitchen cooking something delicious! I believe in the democratization of fine photography and am determined to make it accessible to everyone.
